Rowena Montojo-Weiss is a board-certified Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 20 years of clinical experience across critical care, hormone therapy, functional medicine, and advanced aesthetics. She trained in critical care at Johns Hopkins and Sinai Hospital and spent more than two decades at AdventHealth Celebration — one of Central Florida’s most respected health systems — where she was recognized with the DAISY Award and Patient Care Champion Award for her exceptional commitment to patient-centered care.

At Harding Medical Institute, Rowena serves as Clinical Partner, bringing a depth of expertise rarely found in concierge medicine. She helps patients reclaim energy, optimize hormones, achieve sustainable weight loss, and build a foundation for long-term vitality — using evidence-based protocols personalized to each individual’s biology, goals, and lifestyle.

Outside the practice, Rowena enjoys yoga, Pilates, and time with her husband and their three children here in Orlando.
